Posted items that are considered inappropriate on Jayloo.com will be deleted without prior notification. Jayloo.com reserves the right to ban a user (whether basic or premium) at any time, without notice, if it is identified that user continues to post inappropriate material of any kind on this paintball only website.

This includes, but is not limited to, the use of punctuation, characters or symbols to simulate swearing or other objectionable things. Jayloo.com is designed to be utilized by individuals of all ages and foul, sexual or racist comments or language will not be tolerated.

We encourage every user to treat every other users with mutual respect. Do not use the Jayloo.com site to threaten, harass, stalk, slander or abuse others participating in any section of this site.

Jayloo.com does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-colour comments, postings or statements that incite others to violate this user agreement or participate in illegal activities.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful,threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of Jayloo.com have the right to remove or edit any content at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster and administrator cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

This site uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies serve only to improve your viewing pleasure and convenience. Your email address is never accessable by anyone other than a Jayloo.com administrator (no level of mod may see your email address). Your email address is used only for verifing your account informaion at the time of signup and if other members wish to send you an email. Jayloo.com is not responsible for any messages including but not limited to emails and private messages sent by its members.

Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. Jayloo.com realizes that members have a need to access their account from different locations (different IP addredsses) at times. If, however, it becomes obvious that a large number of people are using your account it will be terminated without notice.

If you are a premuim member and terminated or banned for any reason, no refund will be given for any unused membership time. If you claim that you did not authorize a Premium Membership on Jayloo.com to your Paypal account and have not viewed more than three vidoes after the Premium Membership is effective and notify Jayloo.com via email within a twenty-four hour period, and this is the first time you had made this claim, your Paypal account will be credited back with the charged amount. If you view more than three vidoes and your membership is over twenty-four hours, your account will be reviewed for the number of videos watched and a fee will be charged for each video viewed over three and if any refund is due it will be credited back to your Paypal account. If this happens more than once your Premium and Basic Membership will be banned.

Jayloo.com accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, financial, stress, physical,or emotional issues or conditions which occurs from posting, viewing and general use of any service Jayloo.com provides. While Jayloo.com strives to maintain superior service, there are conditions out of our control. We will do our best to make sure there is none to mimimal interruptions in any service that Jayloo.com provides. If Jayloo.com appears to be close to exceeding it's monthly bandwidth limit, the site will be reduced to minimal service until the next month.
