I forgot my password, now what?
If you still have access to the email account used to sign up then go to the
Password Reset page. Fill out the form and a new
password will be emailed to you.
If you do not have access to the email account you must email the
Webmaster with your request. Please
provide your username and send the mail from the email account you
wish to use. After the email is changed you must re-verify
your account so provide a valid email address.

I have not received a verification email.
Chances are that you put in an incorrect email address. Users are always putting in
fake email addressed like "asdf@jayloo.com" and then they wonder why they did not get a
verification email. USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. Invalid email accounts are bounced back to
my mail server. I review them periodically but there are too many to address each one.
In the future I may write some scripts to process the bounced mail so I know which accounts have
known invalid email addresses.
Also, check your spam folder in your mail box account. MSN, HOTMAIL, AOL and a few other web-based
email services put Jayloo.com email in a seperate spam folder.
If your account is not verified and you know your username/password go to the
Change Email Form and fill out all
the fields. And yes, you will still have to verify this new email address.

You signed up to the site and now you realize that your may have used an
incorrect email address. As long as you know your username/password and your
account is not verified then you are in luck. Go to the

I can't watch videos.
So you are logged in and want to watch a video. You click on the video to view it
and you are redirected to a page that claims that you are not logged in and must be a
member to view videos. This is a cookies issue. You must be able to accept cookies from
anything.jayloo.com. Current there is www.Jayloo.com and www01.Jayloo.com servers. As more servers
are added you browser must let anything.Jayloo.com set cookies.
